Matthew's Chili

Use a big crockpot for this recipe. You can use a normal size crockpot but you'll have to half the ingredients

Ingredients:

3 pounds of ground meat of your choice (I went with turkey because it's cheaper and healthier than beef image )
3 cans of black beans(you can use 2 cans but i felt it wasnt enough)
3 cans of red beans(same as above, you can also swap for kidney beans)
3 cups of tomato puree
3⁄4 of diced bell peppers
3⁄4 of diced onions(one frozen bag of each was perfect if you're one of the poors like us)
The rest of the ingredients you have to

Chili Powder
MSG (Make stuff good)(No it's not bad or a substitute for salt)
Ground Pepper
General seasoning of your choice(I used Adobo)
A pinch of sugar, Trust
A pinch of brown sugar, Trust
Hot sauce of your choice,optional
Soy Sauce, highly recommended but optional if you're too white

Step 1:
Cook your meat of choice, season before, during and after the cooking process. Plz
drain the grease
Step 2:
Throw main ingredients into the crockpot
Step 3:
Cook on low for 6-8 hours stirring every half hour or so
Step 4:
Add rest of ingredients as you see fit throughout the cooking process
Step 5:
Enjoy the chilli. This amount of chili lasted Jess and I three nights
